• That service provider needs to confirm your pet’s vaccination status, and we’re here to help you verify and share that info quickly.

Do I need to do anything?

If your pet’s vaccinations are already up to date and you’ve submitted them to your service provider, you might not need to do anything! If not, the email includes specific next steps to:

• Review your pet’s current vaccine status

• See what’s missing (if anything)

• Uploading or sharing your records or get help pulling them from your vet

Is VetVerifi a vet clinic?

Nope! We’re not a vet clinic — we simply help connect the dots between your pet’s veterinary records and the services you use.

Is my pet’s information safe?

Yes. We take privacy seriously. Your pet’s data is only requested with your permission, and only with the service provider who needs it.

What if my vet already sent the records?

Awesome — we may already have them. Our email helps you confirm that everything is in order, or lets you upload updated records if anything changed.
